​Biography:​ I am a second-year medical student at Baylor College of Medicine with an interest in geriatric care and health services research. I previously earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Inspired by personal experiences with older adults navigating complex medical systems, I am particularly interested in how access to specialty care and care transitions affect health outcomes for older adults in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. I am excited to be part of the Microtransitions in Care Lab and to discover what we can learn from research on improving care and outcomes for older adult populations.
