The Microtransitions in Care Lab is comprised of an interdisciplinary, inter-institutional group of clinicians, researchers, and students who share a passion for geriatric health services research. We are driven by curiosity, empathy, and the belief that small changes can make a profound impact on individuals' lives. Across our diverse backgrounds, we’re united by a single goal: making everyday transitions safer, smoother, and more person-centered for older adults.
