Mentorship in the Microtransitions in Care Lab is growth-focused and person-centered. We are actively involved in our team members’ projects and take time to get to know each person—not just as a learner, but as an individual with unique goals and strengths. Through hands-on collaboration, feedback, and career guidance, we help each member develop as a researcher and professional. Our goal is to foster a supportive, inclusive environment where curiosity thrives, skills are strengthened, and people feel valued for who they are as much as for the work they do.
